Nicole Greene is a Scale-Up Architect and Strategic Operator who helps founders, owners & entrepreneurs fall back in love with their businesses again by building teams, systems and cultures that light them up instead of burning them out. She’s particularly passionate about that last bit, as a 3rd generation entrepreneur & 4x founder who experienced a extreme burnout before developing her toolkit for healthy high performance.

A systems thinker with a creative streak, Nicole’s early career swung from her first job as a Systems Analyst in the Department of Defense (the spark of her systems-thinking) to starting and scaling an artisan chocolate company. She’s since engineered rapid growth & high-performing teams across multiple industries, including CPG, home services, health tech and logistics, as an ops, strategy and innovation executive, always designing for systems that scale.
Known for her real talk, tough love and unapologetic discernment, Nicole is laser-focused on cutting through noise and doubling down on the moves that matter most. The motivation behind her commitment (obsession?) with intentionality is the desire to spend time with her two boys, her husband and their pup, Ollie, or on her bike… ideally all the above.
