Capiz Greene has been delivering keynotes and training sessions to audiences of all ages, experience and education levels since 1974. Her clients and customers include an impressive sampling from Fortune 100 companies like General Motors, 3M and American Express, to Federal entities including the US Congress, Department of Defense, IRS, and Indian Health Services. University of Nebraska Medical Center, and the Omaha Police Department and 911 Communications are Local Government agencies that have utilized Capiz’s training and facilitation services. In addition to her education in Communications as an alumna of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, she is certified in numerous international training programs. Her career has spanned various industries and organizations, both in the profit and not-for-profit sectors.

Capiz is a featured author in The Great Speakers Anthology II book published by Royal Publishing in Los Angeles, and a contributing author to Chicken Soup for the Bride's Soul. Her flagship book, Future Unlimited: Unleashing Your Greatness was released in June, 2004 and her next book, Mama Said: A Down Home Guide to Common Sense is slated for publication in the Spring of 2008.

Capiz started her own company, Greenelight Professional Development, Inc. in May of 1993 - two months after becoming a corporate downsizing casualty. With a mission of helping organizations to create environments where people can achieve and perform at their best, thousands have benefited from Capiz’s entertaining, informative yet fun programs! Because of the breadth of services Greene-Lite Training has provided since its inception, in direct response to customer feedback, the company was renamed Greenelight Professional Development in 1998.
